You may review modify or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions the Account Solutions Specialist conducts inbound and outbound calls to resolve the delinquency status of past due customer accounts.Primary ResponsibilitiesCalls customers about early delinquency account statusesWorks with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company interest lossesImplements repayment plans as necessary and collects delinquent paymentsEnsures that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completedMay contact outside parties to collect or clarify documentationThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDOne (1) year of customer service experience with a collections focusSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDetailed orientedProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong customer service skillsStrong organization skillsThis position is intended to be onsite now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours including full days in the office three or more days a week.
