HR Coordinator/Specialist Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for an HR Analyst/ Project Coordinator on behalf of our respected client located in the Albany, NY area. This is a full-time, contract position with a well-established organization! Duties and Responsibilities: Create and post open job positions Prepare job fair materials and attend fairs Manage outreach to potential candidates Perform phone screens on candidates Manage data control of applicant tracking process Update candidate progress in system Document progress and track length of time of open positions Communicate job opening progress with managers Support Bernali and Pam on any projects as needed Experience and Skills Required: Strong communication skills Strong software skills including: HRIS, Sales Force, People Soft, ERP Strong administrative skills Prior HR experience including screening candidates, interviewing, job fair management and coordination Attention to detail Position Details: 37.5 hours per week Located on-site in Colonie, NY Temporary/Contract 1-2 year duration Pay Rate: $25-$32 hourly Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
