Nee to be a US Citizen or US Resident living in the Chicago areaProcess recurring journal entries in our JDE system. This may require updating Excel files for the monthly transactions first.Assist with the Excel based Fixed Asset schedule if needed.Assist with manual invoicing from time to time.Assist with month end A/P accruals.Ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.Education/Working ExperienceBachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or business-related field35 years of experience in financial reporting and general accounting.Proficient computer literacy utilizing MS software JDEEnglish: Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to communicate with people at all levels internally for a small company.
