Accounting Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to support financial operations across multiple healthcare-related entities. This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple entities
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple systems/entities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience working with multiple entities or in healthcare is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or multi-entity accounting environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
