Accounting and Finance Business Analyst at Erickson Senior Living

Location:Erickson Senior LivingAs our Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting Systems you will play an important role in supporting Ericksons finance and accounting teams by analyzing business processes documenting requirements to improve the financial operations of our 22 senior living communities.In this role you will:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes challenges and needs.Document business requirements process flows meeting notes and testing scenarios.Support system design and development by translating requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.Execute test plans validate results and help troubleshoot issues during project delivery.Provide production support by investigating and resolving system or process issues.Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and team meetings contributing to Agile project delivery.Learn and adapt to evolving systems including the upcoming ERP replacement and newly developed Salesforce processes supporting successful adoption across finance and accounting teams.Work independently on assigned tasks while learning from and supporting senior business analysts.Compensation:Commensurate withexperience $75000 - $88000 per year plus eligibility for annual bonus.What you will need:Minimum 5 years of relevant business analyst experienceFinancial ERP application support experience requiredHealthcare and/or CCRC experience is highly preferred.This role is primarily remote with the expectation of occasional on-site attendance based on team and business needs.We are an Award-winning Workplace and offer a comprehensive benefits package to include: Medical dental and vision insurance On-site employee health andwellness centers Paid sick personal leave and vacation 401(k)with contribution opportunities Tuition reimbursement Growth opportunitiesErickson Senior Living is continuously growing.
