This is a full-time, on-site position.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting activities for multiple hotel propertiesPrepare monthly financial statements, general ledgers, and bank reconciliationsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsHandle full-cycle payroll processing including tax filings and quarterly/year-end reportsProvide HR support such as onboarding paperwork, benefits tracking, and compliance documentationPrepare and file required tax reports including tourism, sales, liquor, and short-term rental taxesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoringEnsure compliance with brand, state, and federal financial and HR regulationsCollaborate with hotel managers and company leadership on financial reviews and auditsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-entity businessesExperience with payroll processing and payroll tax reportingProficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially ExcelFamiliarity with Arkansas and Texas tax regulations preferredStrong time management, organizational, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to follow structured systemsPandoLogic.
