Accounts Receivable Associate
Location: Hanover, PA

About the Role:
AquaPhoenix Scientific is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. This individual will thrive in a casual, fast-paced, and dynamic environment and consistently demonstrate high levels of confidentiality, ethics, professionalism, and integrity. This position is first shift, hourly, and onsite at our Hanover, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts
  • Maintain and update customer account records
  • Review and approve new customer account setups
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure follow-up and resolution
  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and confidentiality standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support team goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting role
  • Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and reports
