Clerical Temp to Hire Fidelity National Title Group Accounting Assistant - Job Description General Information: Monday through Friday 8 5 Perform basic accounting functions which require knowledge of Accounts Receivable and of Reconciliation function helpful. Understanding of general accounting principles. Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook. Good analytical skills Proficient in mathematics and have strong skills creating and manipulating reports in excel. Fast paced environment must be able to multitask and meet hard deadlines. Require a fast-learner who can pick up processes quickly. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Descriptions: The daily responsibilities would vary depending on the Accounting Departments needs: Process Daily Deposits through Remote Capture Scan daily Bookkeeping and Misc. Items. Reconcile Daily Revenue Accounts Receivable Post Stop Payments and Receipts to our Productions system.
