Accounting Clerk Full Time at Verity IT

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in both Excel and QuickBooks to support daily financial operations.Responsibilities:Enter and maintain accurate financial recordsProcess invoices payments and expense reportsReconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reportsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesProvide general accounting and administrative supportQualifications:13 years of prior accounting or bookkeeping experienceRecent working experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsSchedule & Compensation:Part-time position (approximately 2025 hours per week flexible scheduling - Monday - Friday) This position is expected to work in-office on most days; therefore you must be able to reliably commute to the office.
