Omni Hotels in Providence is seeking a dynamic accounting generalist with a positive attitude professional communication skills possess strong accounting and analytical skills. ResponsibilitiesAssist with Accounts Receivable (AR) billing and collection of Catering groupsAssist the Director of Finance (DOF) with daily Ledger reviews and corrections for groupsMaintain BirchStreet compliance Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) Catering billing Assist the Assistant Director of Finance (ADOF) with Treasury workbook credit card reconciliationsBe flexible and collaborate with the accounting team to cover vacation schedules as neededPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as neededQualificationsData entry document management file creation and previous records experience requiredProven knowledge of accounting systemsDeep understanding and working knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office and Excel.Ability to effectively organize workspace and timeProfessionally communicate with individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.Previous accounting experience in a hotel or multi-department environment is highly preferredOmni means all.
