A growing professional services organization is seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Accounting Manager who is independent, resourceful, and highly collaborative.

This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, leverage Sage Intacct, and drive accurate financial reporting while partnering closely with leadership.

This position is based in Kennesaw, Georgia, with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.

The position offers a salary up to $120,000 plus bonus, along with three weeks of vacation.

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in a hands-on accounting leadership role.
• Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
