You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide accounting staff, and support the long-term financial success of the organization. This role is based in our Ashburn Support Center and includes limited travel across the U.S. and Canada (less than 20 percent).What You'll Do:Execute internal control strategies aligned with GAAP, IFRS, and parent company requirements.Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions meet accounting standards.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Lead, mentor, and support the development of the accounting team.Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate reporting.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and minimum five years of corporate accounting experience.Strong technical proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and SAP (preferred).CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Dynamic Environment: Work in the fast-paced and exciting setting of a major airport.Competitive Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 and Health, Dental, Vision and Life Plans, Paid Time Off, 401K with company match, Employee Assistance Program.SSP America is an equal opportunity employer.
