Accounting Manager Property Management Location: Surprise AZ Salary: $70000 $85000 PPG Property Management () is a family-owned company with over 15 years of success managing properties across the Valley. Were looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who thrives on getting the details right and keeping financial systems running smoothly. If you enjoy structure problem-solving and a hands-on environment where your work truly matters this is a great fit. What Youll be Doing: This role is central to our day-to-day operations. Youll own the accounting processes that keep our properties owners and tenants aligned. Oversee owner accounts A/R and paying monthly rent to owners.Enter HOA assessments utility bills and daily transactions for both trust and overhead accounts.Perform triple tie-outs and ensure all financial records reconcile accurately.Verify and track management fees ensuring all fees are billed and collected.Review and audit debit card activity.Prepare and post accurate owner statements.Oversee delinquency and eviction processes; coordinate directly with attorneys.Manage dispositions by reviewing inspections assessing damages and calculating tenant deposit returns. What Youll Bring: Were open to both experienced accountants and skilled bookkeepers who know property management accounting. A degree is not required but accuracy and experience are key. 3-5 years of experience in accounting or property managementStrong understanding of trust accounting owner/tenant ledgers and property management workflowsExperience with accounting or property management software (AppFolio Buildium or similar)Highly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a small casual office settingAble to handle a fast-paced workload with professionalism and humor Why Work With Us: Salary: $70000 $85000Monthly performance bonus eligibilityPTO and paid holidaysPrivate office and company computer (laptop provided for hybrid work)Casual attire professional work environmentFamily-owned stable company with 15 years in businessFirst 90 days in-office; hybrid schedule (2 days remote) thereafter Who Youll Work With: Were a small professional and supportive team--five full-time office staff plus leadership who are hands-on approachable and appreciate people who take initiative.
