Accounting Manager at Wiser Solutions

Location for job: Remote- Mexico**PLEASE SUBIMT RESUMES IN ENGLISH**We are seeking a hands-on Lead Accountant to add to our global accounting team. This role will work with our US finance team based out of Massachusetts USA In addition to handling the USA general ledger close process this position will be a key member of the team working on technical accounting preparation of consolidated financials in NetSuite and managing transfer pricing with foreign subsidiaries. We are looking for a CPA with 7-10 years of experience preferably in an international SaaS technology corporation with experience working with Revenue Recognition.Responsibilities:Prepare reconciliations for monthly and yearly General Ledger closePrepare monthly global consolidated financials with assistance from Corporate Controller and foreign subsidiariesAssist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and corporate income tax returnsAssist with technical accounting research and implementation as neededAssist with software implementation (NetSuite or other software) and potential acquisition accounting as company continues to growOther ad hoc projects as requested by CFO and Corporate ControllerQualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting or FinancePublic accounting experience required; CPA in USA or Certificado from the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos preferred (active or inactive)10-15 years of accounting experience preferably at a SaaS companyKnowledge of US GAAP accounting and taxes (payroll sales tax and multi-state corporate income taxes)Advanced excel skills experience closing month end periods in accounting software systemHands-on experience with a positive attitude and strong communication skillsAdditional Information : Other Duties - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
