As a Tax Analyst within PNCs Commercial Real Estate organization you will be based in either California Oregon or Washington.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our accounting and tax functions. This role focuses on back-office operations and tax support requiring strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Enter transactions into the accounting system and maintain accurate recordsOpen and manage new cash accounts; download and reconcile bank statementsAssist with high-volume tasks during tax season including:Network folder organization and shortcut managementOversight of a shared inbox for tax returns and financial statementsCollection of past-due tax returns and financial statementsCommunicate with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate information exchangePerform database entries and process check depositsProvide general operational support for tax-related activitiesIdeal Candidate:Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with accounting systemsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlinesPNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionOrganizes and analyzes tax forms for filing in accordance with regulations and as directed by management.Researching and monitoring appropriate federal state and local tax regulations and obligations.Preparing appropriate tax forms and instruments for filing with federal state and local jurisdictions.Keeps business units informed about tax implications of their operation.Compiling and analyzing tax data and providing reports to management.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNCs Enterprise Risk Management Framework.QualificationsSuccessful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge skills and abilities for a role.
