Come be a part of our team youll work with great people pioneering products and cutting-edge technology.Our Summer Internship Program at TransUnion will allow you to use & develop the skills youve learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops networking events and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May 18 2026 or June 15 2026 depending on academic calendar.What Youll Bring:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field with a graduation date of June 2028 or earlierCompletion of at least 2 years of accounting and finance courseworkProficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyImpact Youll Make:This internship role is part of our Corporate Tax team supporting key activities across indirect tax direct tax and international tax compliance as well as assisting with special projects. You will gain hands-on experience in tax accounting and compliance processes that impact multiple business units nationwide.Assist with sales tax compliance (focus on company-paid taxes) including monthly reviews across multiple business units and reconciling amounts accrued from customer transactionsSupport property tax payments for TU locations nationwide including pulling bills and preparing paymentsHelp with sales tax return preparation initial reviews and coordination with GCC colleaguesMonitor tax-related inboxes manage automated responses and collaborate with Salesforce teamsAssist with domestic income tax compliance including federal and state filingsSupport VAT tax compliance and related international tax projects.Participate in ASC 740 accounting for income taxes including book vs. tax computations and quarterly requestsContribute to tax forecasting planning and special projectsThe pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
