Your work will help maintain strong vendor relationships support internal teams and uphold Velocitis commitment to accuracy and integrity.Your primary responsibilities include:Invoice ProcessingReceive review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorizationMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentsPayment ManagementPrepare and process checks ACH and wire transfersMonitor discount opportunities and resolve discrepancies promptlyExpense Report ReviewAssist in reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and complianceLedger & Month-End SupportPost transactions to the accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statementsAssist with month-end closing and accrualsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issuesSupport audits by providing documentation and reportsWhat Were Looking ForYoure someone who takes pride in accuracy thrives in a structured environment and enjoys being part of a team that values collaboration.Qualifications & competencies include:13 years of experience in accounts payable accounting billing or a related functionProficiency with accounting software (NextWorld NetSuite SAP or similar)Strong Microsoft Excel skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlinesKnowledge of internal controls and financial reporting standardsAssociate degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred Key Skills Business Continuity Planning,Food Technology,ABAP,Import,Electrical & Automation,Adobe Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 20 - 23
