This is a work in-office position in our Dunmore Pennsylvania office.Principal Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the accounts payable cycle including invoice processing expense reimbursements and payments are all processed accurately and in a timely manner.Hire train supervise and provide guidance to accounts payable staff.Monitor and analyze the accounts payable process and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing and payments to vendors.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors reconcile vendor statements and resolve any disputes.Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.Ensure the vendor files are accurate and maintained.Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation.Special projects and other tasks that may be assigned as needed.Knowledge Skills and Abilities required:Associates Degree (Accounting/Finance or Business preferred)Minimum of five years experience in Accounts PayableExperience in managing a team of accounts payable professionalsStrong knowledge of accounts payable processes and principlesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)EURPAC Service Inc. maintains a drug-free workplace.
