Job Description

The Accounts Payable Manager should be mature poised and articulate as the position will engage in frequent contact with Association and Foundation staff members vendors and service providers. This position must be well organized attentive to detail comfortable working with numbers and able to work well both independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines and goals. A part-time position AP support specialist will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. The goal for this position is to contribute to the efficient operation and success of the department by providing quality customer vendor and employee assistance and accurate and timely processing of payments. This is a non-exempt position and has a salary range of $57000-$71350. The position reports to the Director Investment Reporting and Special Projects.This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices located next to the beautiful grounds of the U.S. Naval 2023 the staff of the Alumni Association & Foundation moved into the new Fluegel Alumni Center which was built on the banks of College Creek overlooking the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis.
