Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time) This role is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining financial records. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time 6-month temporary position. Pay for this role will range between $22 and $27/hr. Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Prepare and execute weekly payment runs Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications Previous experience in accounts payable or related accounting role Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Work Arrangement Part-time schedule: 20-25 hours per week Contract term: 6 months Flexible hours may be available If you are interested in learning more, please apply now.
