Visit our website at.Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team!As an Accounts Payable Senior Specialist you will be an integral part of the finance department ensuring seamless processing of accounts payable transactions. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and collaborate with various internal teams to manage vendor relationships process invoices accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable mailbox Ensure all current emails in mailbox are addressed and/or routed appropriately Ensure all invoices are entered accurately into the A/P system.Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying classifying and recording accounts payable data in A/P system Track expenses and process expense reports Investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly statementsResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Assist with month end closingProvide supporting documentation for auditsAssist the Finance team with ad-hoc requestsMaintain confidentiality of organizational informationOther duties as assignedCompentenciesOrganization and prioritizationAttention to detail and accuracyConfidentialityCommunication skillsVendor relationship skillsProblem analysis and problem-solving skillsTeamworkProfessional integrityAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently QualificationsA minimum of 3-5 years in an accounts payable or general accounting positionKnowledge of general accounting proceduresKnowledge of relevant accounting software(Netsuite and are a plus!)Proficient in data entry and management$60000 - $65000 a yearThe salary range shown in each job posting indicates the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for that position across all locations in the US.
