Assist with invoicing and billing, as well as performing general accounting support under the direction of the Shared Services Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely goals are met aligning with corporate objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting team. Reporting to the Shared Services Supervisor, this role will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor maintenance, reconciliations, and general accounting support while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation
- Set up and maintain vendor records
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Perform AP data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with audits and accounting department administration
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to support efficient operations and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong invoice processing experience
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office

Job Type & Location
This is a contract position based out of Tualatin, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
