Description: Accounts Payable Specialist (with Growth into Accounting Operations) Memphis, TN Full-Time Amro Music, a fourth-generation, family-owned business founded in 1921, is seeking a driven, high-character individual to join our Accounting Team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. What You'll Own You'll be trusted with the full Accounts Payable cycle, including:Entering and processing invoices with speed and precisionVerifying invoice accuracy, proper coding, and required approvalsScheduling and issuing payments while optimizing early-pay discountsReconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepanciesMaintaining accurate and organized vendor recordsCommunicating professionally with vendors and internal leadersAssisting customers by phone with payment-related questionsSupporting the Accounting Team with administrative and operational tasksMonitoring and reordering office suppliesThis is a high-impact support role-when you win, the entire company runs smoother.
