As an Accounts Payable Specialist in Richmond VA you provide critical support to the Property Accounting team as you are responsible for reviewing all invoices and documentation communicate with internal and external stakeholders and review for any exceptions research and correct any discrepancies. You work within defined processes yet you are always looking for ways to find efficiencies and produce detail-oriented work. In this role you will You ensure that all invoices are paid correctly and in a timely manner.Experience with Yardi or other accounting software.Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.Great communication and customer service skills.What youll bring Post-secondary education in accounting or business.Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You take a positive customer-centric approach with everyone you work with.#LI-SW1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
