Job Description
Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) an affiliate of Chamberlain Group is a one-stop distributor of access control and perimeter security products for professional dealers and installers across residential commercial and industrial markets. This role is in the CPSG Finance function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Place outbound collection calls to customers while maintaining strong customer relationships and (ii) Monitor A/R mailbox and manage incoming calls escalating as needed. Requires Minimum 1-3 years A/R and collectionexperience and a minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent experience.Responsibilities Place outbound collection calls to customers while maintaining strong customer relationships Monitor A/R mailbox and manage incoming calls escalating as needed Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities or discrepancies Manage online credit applications with customers; assist with determining the taxability of the customer Provide customer maintenance updates including address phone number email address Assist with mailing of invoices and statements Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams Protect CPSGs reputation by keeping information confidential Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededMinimum Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience Minimum 1-3 years A/R and collection experience Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software packages#LI-JS1
The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $30.38/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
