ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresPerform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' dataPrepare bills, invoices, and bank depositsReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issuesFacilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clientsGenerate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusRequirements and skillsProven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.Solid understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulationsProven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a good eye for numbersHands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation and negotiation skillsA high degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent research and record-keeping skills.
