Accounts Receivable Specialist

What You Bring:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience (5+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine 9 highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full accounts receivable and collections cycle
- Reconcile vendor credits and statements, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately
- Match credits to purchase orders and maintain accurate general ledger postings
- Prepare and manage accrual reports (daily & weekly)
- Maintain organized electronic invoice records
- Monitor and manage AR aging reports to support strong cash flow
- Perform professional collections activities with a customer-focused approach
- Support accounts payable as needed
- Assist with special projects and process improvements
- Contribute to overall accounting team success
Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract position based out of Woodinville, WA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
