Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Tasks include (but are not limited to):Enter customer payments into system (from lockbox, credit cards, ACH’s, wires) for multiple companiesMaintaining customer accounts (knowledge in business structure is a plus)Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding questions on the accountEnsuring copies of all deposits are maintained in the electronic filing systemSupporting the Credit Supervisor as neededResponding to internal inquiries regarding outstanding invoices, past due invoices and customer’s available credit limitCollection calls to customers with overdue balances on their accountProtects organization’s values by keeping information confidentialAssists in the completion of special projects as warrantedCompletes other duties as needed and assigned Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPreference will be given to those with an associate’s degree in accountingMinimum 7 years of accounting experience in an office settingPrevious experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Adobe are a must.Experience with DOS based systems is a plusMust have good communication skills, be professional, personable and matureStrong attention to detail and organizational skills are a mustAble to read and comprehend activity on customer ledgersAble to take both written and verbal instructionsExhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skillsValid Driver LicenseAble to pass a Drug TestAble to pass a Background check
