This role is perfect if you enjoy tidy records, color-coded spreadsheets, and checking things off the list.What's Required2+ years AR experienceAssociate's degree in business administration or office systems technologyKnowledge of accounting, billing, and collection proceduresExcellent Microsoft Office, organization, and customer service skillsStrong customer service and accuracyWhat You'll Do Partner with procurement, vendors, and OE departments to monitor and resolve backorders, influence key performance metrics such as fill rate, backorder lines, and aged orders, and help optimize overall supply chain efficiency. You will review dealer backorder reports daily, take corrective actions, and provide accurate ETAs, while collaborating with logistics, customs, pricing, sales, and PDC teams to eliminate delays and ensure timely order fulfillment.
