Responsible for following up on accounts receivable and resolving delinquent accounts. Responsible for performing all duties in accordance with Practice policies and procedures.QualificationsREQUIRED:1. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).2. 1 year insurance collections/AR receivables experience3. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.4. Able to communicate with insurance representatives and patients in a professional manner.5. Knowledge of HMO PPO Managed Care and Indemnity plans6. Knowledge of current ICD codes and CPT codes7. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer servicePREFERRED:1.
