Job Summary:The Manager, Enterprise Accreditation is responsible for overseeing staff for aspects of accreditation and assisting in prioritizing workload of all assignments and productivity outcomes.Essential Functions:Responsible for managing the enterprise wide accreditationEvaluates and escalates the organizations risk areas related to accreditation requirements to the Director of Accreditation and Clinical MonitoringOversees development and implementation of action plans with enterprise-wide business owners to mitigate risksOversees accreditation reportingOversees accreditation folder structure and workplanCreates structures to support an accreditation state of readinessDevelops reports related to accreditationEnsures a state of enterprise-wide accreditation readinessOversees master schedule or documents for accreditation standard(s)Manages collection and prepping of accreditation documented process, reports, and materialsCoordinates accreditation submissionCoordinates accreditation onsiteCorresponds with NCQA and consultants as necessaryParticipates in applicable committeesMaintain familiarity with accreditation standards and communicate those changes to leadershipContinuously pursues and identifies best practices as well as opportunities for improvementOversees SharePoint site for Accreditation documentsOversees process ensuring master document naming conventions and document version control are consistent and accurateManages review of communication materials related to accreditationManages Quality Improvement Activities related to accreditationOversees management of key project initiatives including the development of detail work plans, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring/summarizing project progressPerform any other job duties as requestedEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is requiredA minimum of three (3) years of experience in and Accreditation, Quality Improvement, or Project Management role is requiredPrior leadership experience is requiredManaged Care experience is preferredCompetencies, Knowledge and Skills:Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Access and WordIntermediate skill level with SharePointPowerPoint and Visio preferredKnowledge of state requirements related to Health Services Quality Monitoring Program & AccreditationCommunication skillsManagement/ Leadership skills and experienceAbility to work independently and within a team environmentStrict attention to detailFamiliarity of the healthcare fieldKnowledge of Medicaid and MedicareCritical listening and thinking skillsTraining/teaching skillsProper grammar usageAbility to coordinate complex projects and multiple meetingsTime management skillsProper phone etiquetteCustomer service orientedDecision making/problem solving skillsAnalytical and organizational skillsLicensure and Certification:Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice or equivalent medical experience is preferredWorking Conditions:General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMay be required to travel - estimated at 5%Compensation Range:$81,400.00 - $130,200.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
