Acquisitions Specialist Insurance Sales
The Meghan MacDonald State Farm Agency is seeking a sales-driven Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on prospecting, outbound activity, and closing new business. This role is built for someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by resultsnot just activity. You will play a key role in agency growth by generating new opportunities, managing a strong sales pipeline, and converting warm and cold leads into bound policies. This is a production-focused role where follow-up, confidence, and consistency matter. Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If not fully licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start in the agency. We provide guidance and support to help you complete the licensing process.
Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and consistent prospecting. Engage prospective customers and uncover needs through consultative conversations. Quote, present, and close insurance solutions with confidence. Build and manage a steady pipeline of new business opportunities. Maintain consistent daily sales activity to meet and exceed goals. Track activity and production metrics. Collaborate with team members on outreach and marketing initiatives. Maintain compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
Sales-dominant mindset with a strong drive to hit and exceed goals. Confidence initiating contact and handling outbound sales activity. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Prior experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred. Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Property & Casualty must be obtained prior to Day 1 start (support provided).
