JOB DESCRIPTION

Description:

CF Acri is growing — and we’re looking for a high-impact Service Manager to lead, scale, and modernize our Plumbing & HVAC service division. This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership position for someone who wants to build something, drive performance, and take ownership of a critical part of our business.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of service technicians — coaching, accountability, and performance management.
  • Own the service department P&L mindset — drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage and optimize the dispatch board to maximize technician productivity and customer response times.
  • Estimate service and small project work with accuracy and confidence.
  • Implement and improve systems, processes, and use of technology (dispatch software, CRM, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow service revenue and customer relationships.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience and job quality.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in plumbing and HVAC service operations.
  • Proven people leadership experience — you can lead, not just manage.
  • Experience with estimating service or light commercial work.
  • Comfortable with technology and software systems (or eager to adopt them quickly).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-moving dispatch environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee.
  • Driven, accountable, and solutions oriented. 
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation are required.
