We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others.We are seeking an ACT Clinical Manager responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of clinical services provided by the ACT team. The ACT Clinical Manager is in charge of ACT functions in the absence of the ACT Clinical Director.This position is primarily Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some evenings/early mornings and weekends may be necessary as well as participation in the manager on-call rotation. This assignment is in-person at 1131 Ionia Ave NW. The person in the role will also travel within the community on a daily basis.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Masters degree in Social Work or Psychology Counseling or Counseling Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapist.Full licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker professional counselor marriage and family therapist or psychologist; At least five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in human services at least two (2) years of which involves providing direct services to individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.MCBAP Certification as a CAADC or eligible to apply for Development Plan within three (3) months of hire.Training in evidence-based interventions. Some examples may include Motivational Interviewing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Assertive Community Treatment Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment etc.Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology.Possession of a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation for job related use including transporting of clients.Computer skills including use of Microsoft Office programs.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:At least one year of experience working on an ACT team.MCBAP certification as a CCS preferred.Job interviews are being conducted in perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
