Activities Aide (1699) at Trinity Health

Responsible for implementation of planned Activities program for residents functioning within the state and federal regulations. Engage residents in individualized person centered activities to meet their needs according to the plan of care. Lead groups with preparation and clean up afterwards. Monitor resident responses respond appropriately and document accurately. Communicate effectively with residents and others demonstrating ability to work with variety of personalities.
