Each day youll organize and lead recreational activities to help guests enjoy their vacations and create lifelong memories with their family and coordination with the Activities Supervisor youll also operate all activity-related areas such as the movie theater fitness center pool and cabana banquet rooms and tanning rooms.Though no two days are the same at Wyndham Destinations youll have the opportunity to:Create plan and execute guest activity programs for the resortMonitor supervise and assist guests in the activity centerPromote and register guests for resort activitiesConduct and record inspections of related activity areas in compliance with company standards and requirementsOther Responsibilities:Manage a cash bank following proper cashiering procedures (when applicable)Attend and complete required resort and company trainingsHandle all safety issues and incidents immediatelyHow Youll Be RewardedMedical Dental and Vision InsuranceDiscounted Hotel & Resort StaysEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition Reimbursement401K Retirement Savings with Company MatchWhat Youll BringCreativity and customer obsessionExcellent communication skillsAbility to demonstrate good judgement when interacting with guests and team membersState drivers license and comfort operating large vehicles such as shuttles or vansProficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and OutlookWillingness to learn new programs such as company reporting and associate timekeepingWillingness to work an adjusted schedule including evenings weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (Unless there is a legal requirement experience will be accepted for the education requirement)One year of experience in customer service or recreationDepending on the location one or more of these certifications: Lifeguard CPR First Aid Alcohol Awareness Card Food Server Health CardHow Youll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
