We are adding an Actuarial Intern to our team! We support virtual working arrangements in certain states outside of WI.A Day in the Life:The Actuarial Intern is a student intern under the NGL Internship Program that supports the corporate actuarial team while building professional skills. This position assists the team with projects and providing accurate and beneficial information to leadership to better manage the financials of the company.Primary Responsibilities:Assist actuarial teams with projects.Run or modify actuarial software system such as ARCVAL or Prophet.Maintain or build spreadsheets.Perform experience studies make recommendations and present work to actuaries at different levels of the organization.Interact with the Product Development and Pricing teamEssential to Your Success:Ability to work on and complete projects in a team oriented environmentAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with NGL employeesDetail oriented and organizedEducation Requirements:Minimum: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Mathematics Actuarial Science Statistics or related field.Required: Successfully passed at least one actuarial examClick hereto learn more about our comprehensive Total Rewards program.NGL is committed to creating a diverse environment and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
