ADABAS / Natural Administrator at HTC Global Services Inc

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ADABAS / Natural Administrator with solid expertise in DB2 and ADABAS-Natural to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-availability environments and have a strong background in core mainframe technologies including IBM z/OS, VSAM, and related tools. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for mainframe applications and databases Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions Monitor and maintain DB2 and ADABAS databases to ensure performance and reliability Operate within IBM z/OS to manage batch jobs, system logs, and resources Manage VSAM file structures and ensure data integrity Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless operations Document procedures and contribute to a support knowledge base Required Skills: Mandatory experience in DB2 and ADABAS-Natural Strong proficiency in IBM z/OS, VSAM, and mainframe utilities Hands-on experience with JCL, TSO/ISPF, and related tools Good knowledge of system performance tuning and job scheduling Strong analytical and communication skills Experience in the banking or financial services domain is a plus If you have the right experience and are looking to contribute to a reliable and performance-driven mainframe environment, we encourage you to apply to this opportunity.
