Job DetailsChristianaCares Addiction Medicine Department is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to provide thorough and accurate assessments for patients requiring Addiction Medicine consultation across our Wilmington and Newark campuses. Why ChristianaCareWork closely with the medical and nursing staff on the admitted units Addiction Medicine peer counselors and discharge coordinators and community treatment providers to formulate safe discharge plans for patients.Join a team committed to providing state of the art treatment for substance use disorders (SUD). Our Addiction Medicine Consult Service is one of few in the country.
