Candidates should apply only if they are able to be physically present and available to work onsite by the start date**** STLCC is seeking a faculty member for the OT Program for Part time onsite Fieldwork Faculty for Mental Health Level 1B.This position is for a pediatric lab instructor and will entail preparing managing and delivering course content to achieve course objectives accommodate diverse learning styles and meet administrative requirements. This position will work closely with the classroom instructor to ensure information and learning activity are closely aligned.What youll do:Primary duties would include classroom instruction when applicable ensure laboratories are appropriately stocked with required supplies and that equipment is in safe operating order actively engage students and provide prompt feedback in an objective respectful and effective manner prepare and correct examinations and other student work collaboration with program director provide input in selection of course materials as appropriate to instructional content and use the colleges learning management system and other technology as indicated to maintain and submit accurate class records such as attendance and grades.Education experience and other requirements: Must be either a currently licensed and certified occupational therapy assistant or licensed and registered occupational therapist with 2 years of work experience in the field of pediatric occupational therapy.Preferred Qualifications:Some teaching experience is preferred Key Skills Employee Evaluation,HIPAA,Data Collection,HTTPS,Physiology Knowledge,Physio therapy,Computer Literacy,Patient Assessment,Pediatrics Experience,Home Care,Critical Care Experience,Patient Service Experience Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
