Job SummaryAdjunct pool applications are reviewed on an as-needed basis.Adjuncts are paid starting at $900 per credit hour. Provides instruction to post-secondary students in assigned content area, both technical and general education and other related activities.For inquiries regarding this position, please contact Kole Bowman at Kole Bowman at [email protected] Job FunctionsProvides instruction to post-secondary students in assigned content areas and developing related instructional materials (such as syllabus, lectures, course materials, evaluation tools, classroom activities, and others)Maintains consistent Office HoursAttends in-service meetings each semesterPerforms other job-related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMaster's degree in core subject areaIncumbent must reside in Idaho (Currently CEI doesn’t sponsor H-1B Visas)Additional Desired QualificationsBilingual (Spanish)___________________________________________________________________________________Physical Demands and Work Environment: Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. On-site work is essential and regular predictable attendance is required. Background Investigations: Employment at College of Eastern Idaho will be contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background investigation and may require a credit and/or motor vehicle background investigation depending on the position.
