Administrative Assistant 3
The role of Administrative Assistant 3 involves performing a variety of complex administrative functions to support all levels of management, including external business partners. This position requires managing executive-level schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing business expenses, and organizing meetings, offsites, and morale events. Additionally, the role includes tracking and managing budgets and headcount, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, procuring goods and services, and providing general office support to teams onsite.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive-level schedules and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Process business expenses and manage CVP level calendar, travel, and day-to-day support.
- Track and manage budgets, headcount, and provide team support.
- Coordinate events, order equipment, and handle onboarding and space management onsite.
- Serve as the department/group contact and complete special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 4-5 years of high-level executive support, including calendar and travel management.
- 3-4 years of experience in headcount and budget tracking.
- Over 4 years of team support and customer service experience.
- Proven experience supporting leaders and managing complex administrative tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, PM-facing environment.
- Experience in corporate settings with exposure to AI products and company-wide conferences.
- Potential for growth and conversion to a full-time role.
Work Environment
The position is based in Redmond, WA, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work 2-3 days per week as needed. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours. The role offers potential for extension and involves working in a fast-paced environment. Equipment will be provided, with a preference for Lenovo or Surface laptops. An active passport will be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
