WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 5+ Months contract (01/05/2026 to 06/19/2026)
Description:
The services You will provide the client project team: As an Administrative Assistant Contractor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist with the coordination of office activities and events.
Primary Skill Required for the Role: Administrative Office Skills
Level Required for Primary Skill: Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate office environment or related experience in hospitality and/or workplace services delivery desired.
- Prior experience in reception or office services related background preferred.
- Service-oriented demeanor.
- Positive, professional attitude and presence with the ability to provide excellent customer service and interact with many levels both inside and outside of the organization.
- Ability to maintain poise and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different schedules and in conjunction with team members' schedules and the ability to work overtime when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Performs other duties, tasks, and special projects as required or as assigned by the management team.
Pay rate: $36.11/hr depending on experience
