Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Client: Food Manufacturing Company Duration: 2 Months (possibility of extension) Location: Cleveland OH 44113 Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 3:00 PM) Monday to Friday Job Description: Provide advanced administrative support including planning organizing and scheduling tasks that require independent decision-making. Coordinate and implement assigned administrative and staff functions with minimal supervision. Train and support lower-level administrative employees. Manage logistics for complex meetings and travel arrangements. Collect organize and maintain documentation; perform moderately complex data entry across multiple systems. Schedule and coordinate meetings calendars and travel itineraries. Apply detailed knowledge of department operations policies and procedures to complete administrative processes accurately. Handle clerical administrative technical and customer support tasks escalating only highly complex issues when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must Have: Experience in transportation and logistics. Customer service support background. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Experience handling documentation.
