Job Description

CLOSING DATE: 12/04/2025 @ 4:00 PMSalary Range: $21.17 - $25.62/hour**APPLICANT MUST HAVE A VALID UNRESTRICTED INSURABLE DRIVERS LICENSE** RESUME AND REFERENCES ARE REQUIREDESSENTIAL DUTIES FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Interacts with variety of individuals inside and outside of the organization. Reviews prioritizes and redirects regular and electronic mail.Maintains follow-up system on action mail. Composes correspondence of moderate complexity without review and makes responses regarding receipt of letters etc.Types letters memos policies procedures and/or reports often of a confidential nature. Maintains calendars; schedules meetings and conference rooms; prepares and sequences agendas.Coordinates travel arrangements meeting schedules and itinerary preparation for travel.Answers phones takes messages and/or redirects calls. Greets visitors responds to a wide range of inquiries of moderate complexity and sometimes sensitive in nature.Prepares reports by gathering compiling summarizing information and drawing conclusions.Performs research prepare presentations and compile reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel PowerPoint and Word.Makes travel arrangements for staff as needed. Prepares and submits travel vouchers including accurate computation of all costs of reimbursable expenses. Coordinates travel types itinerary etc. Keeps abreast of changes to policy for immediate implementation to prevent delay in completion of requests or to prevent errors in reimbursement.Arranges for conferences meetings and workshops. Coordinates information and prepares folders of material to be discussed.Takes and transcribes minutes of various meetings in accordance with organizational policy.Maintains records and the budget. Ensures timely and accurate status of funds available charging the correct accounting codes verifying all object class codes and identifying and justifying purchases/services. Compares request for funds with account balances to assure that funds are available to cover transactions. Prepares recurring monthly quarterly and annual report on account balances and status of funds. Reconciles monthly credit card statements.Coordinates the reservation assignment checkout and check-in processes for all corporate and GSA fleet vehicles.Drives company vehicles to receive service and occasionally required to pick up materials or parts on return tripPerforms other duties as assigned.MANDATORY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Experience:Two (2) years of direct work experience.Education:Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field.**Please email degree transcripts license and certifications to NAVAJO/INDIAN PREFERENCE:FDIHB and its facilities are located within the Navajo Nation and in accordance with Navajo Nation law has implemented a Navajo/Indian Preference in Employment Policy.
