Serving as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and the public, this position helps ensure smooth and efficient program functioning across the statewide network. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, personnel, financial, and grant-related support to the State Director, Associate State Director, Finance Manager, and leadership team. Responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining program and CRM data, assisting with compliance and reporting requirements, and supporting processes. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. As a key contributor to the SC SBDC’s mission, the Administrative Assistant helps strengthen services delivered to small businesses across South Carolina.Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience:Typically holds a high school diploma or GED.
