With over 23000 employees across 4000 locations in North America and Europe were reimagining how people move through their journeyssaving time reducing hassle and ensuring every step feels effortless and efficient.ResponsibilitiesPosition: Airport Compliance Administrative AssistantPay Rate: $20.00 per hourProvide administrative support for an Airport operation including hiring and onboarding/offboarding scheduling employee badging and billing/invoicing. Partnering with management to ensure that we are exceeding client expectations and providing the greatest customer service ever.Work with the facility manager to develop schedules in Kronos monitoring flight schedule and assist with adjustment of schedules daily as needed to meet client expectations and flight requirementsReview and approve daily employee punches against their scheduleMay be asked to maintain attendance tracker for time and attendance purposesComplete badging application for new employees and renewal badgesSubmit employee terminations to HR for approval and email EAF SANF and supporting documentation to HR payroll for processingOrder uniforms and office suppliesAssist with administration of shift bids as directedConduct Orientation for New Hires (parking breakrooms timeclock enrollment etc.)Scheduling Interviews for hiring managers as directedPerform new hire onboarding tasks in the ATS system including; EIF Form i9 document upload etc.Attend meetings as assigned (corporate operations safety client)Ensure safety guidelines established by the company are being followed (may be asked to be part of the operation safety committee)May be asked to cover in the operation in the absence of a supervisorQualificationsUnderstanding of HRIS systems including payroll ATS time and attendanceMust be able to multi-task and manage confidential informationMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust possess strong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft WordMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint experience preferredPass required background and drug screensBe able to meet company appearance guidelinesAvailable to work shift times required by our client or operational needs including nights weekends and holidaysBe able to sit stand lift climb push and/or bend for extended periods of time and have the ability to lift objects and baggage with weights in excess of 70 pounds in a safe mannerAppearance GuidelinesEmployees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image even when working behind the scenes. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed uponby management.Clean & well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shiftAdditional requirements as specified by managementWhile performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers and to communicate with customers and fellow employees. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stand; walk. The employee is also frequently required to climb balance stoop kneel and addition the employee is required to of twist turn stretch and bend on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly. The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner.
