As such will be expected to be a fast learner who is detailed oriented and very organized.Responsibilities:Greets visitors determines the nature of their business and notifies appropriate staff memberPurchasing of supplies company letterhead and other business essentialsInteracting with VendorsAssist with scheduling of work itemsPrepare all manuals and bulletin board requirementsPrepares routine correspondence office forms and/or other business-related documents; handles incoming and outgoing mail and interoffice communications.Complete outbound packages such as FedEx UPS and USPS parcelsOrdering of company apparel and other logoed productsSupporting the administrative needs of the department managersPrepare for organizational events This preparation may include the gathering of supplies name tags specialized emails appropriate voice mails answering of the phones and other tasks as necessaryCoding invoices for paymentAnd various other administrative duties as assignedQualifications and Skills:High School DiplomaExperience as an office administrator or relevant role; construction experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and record keeping skillsExcellent time management skillsExceptional communication and customer service skillsProficiency with MS Office programsStrong prioritization and organization skillsAbility to multitask and handle confidential informationPerks (At least the following):Competitive wagesMedical Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) matchPaid days offOpportunities for personal career growth Key Skills Generator,Accomodation,Football,Advertising,Architectural Design Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
