DescriptionSummaryThe Research & Development Administrative Assistant works with all aspects of product development with numerous specific responsibilities under the supervision and direction of the Research & Development Manager.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsible for in-plant labeling development updating and daily monitoring.Manage in-plant and customer finished product specifications (SharePoint).New product setup coordination. BOM development case fit and packaging HACCP and SQF considerations.Collect HACCP documentation for R&D sample cooks.Communicate information between R&D and Sales/Marketing teams.Status updates of sample orders shippingStatus of R&D checklist for project completionCustomer cutting/visit meal preparation.QualificationsProject Management SkillsMust be able to work on multiple projects at the same timeMust be able to quickly switch between projectsDetail orientedAbility to work with/be trained on various systems (AS400 QAD SharePoint BarTender).Microsoft Word & Excel knowledgeE-mail communication skillsPutting the customer first mind set internal or externalBilingual is a plus!
