This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective communication. If youre detail-oriented passionate about the industry and ready to take your career to the next level we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Greet visitors and provide a positive first impression.Answer and direct incoming phone calls ensuring effective communication.Manage the voicemail system and relay messages to appropriate team members.Sort and distribute daily mail and other correspondence.Perform clerical tasks including filing faxing and organizing office supplies.Assist with office organization and light housekeeping tasks.Support event planning and coordination for team initiatives.Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance for office equipment.Help onboard new hires and maintain their orientation materials.Assist with invoicingMinimum Requirements:Must have reliable transportation.Proficient in standard office software and multi-line phone systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that involve mobility around the office.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Frequent use of a telephone and computer to communicate with customers.Occasional lifting of office supplies files and equipment up to 25 pounds.Ability to move freely around the office to access files office equipment and interact with team members.Regularly required to talk or hear and occasionally required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms.
